We gladly help international customers and we ship our products worldwide.

Industrieel Klimmen is well suited to handle international enquiries. We have experience delivering to clients anywhere within Europe, but also in Africa, Asia, South-, Middle- and North America, and Australia. Our professional and multilingual team is ready to help you!

Within European Union (EU)

Customers from outside the Netherlands, but inside the European Union are very welcome. Our team speaks English, German, and even limited French and Spanish.

VAT

If you provide us with a valid VAT number, we can ship with 0% VAT (intra community supply).

Shipping

Within the EU we work with UPS. UPS ships fast and accurately, with proper parcel tracking all throughout the journey. Shipments within the EU generally have lead times of 24-48 hours. Please contact us if delivery time is of the essence for you. Express options are often available at a small premium.

We welcome business enquiries from anywhere in the world. Our trading experience with different languages, cultures, incoterms and customs formalities has made that we can confidently handle your request, wether you are located 1km away, or on the other side of the planet. Our team speaks English, German, and even limited French and Spanish.

VAT, bussiness identification

Shipping outstide of the EU is handled with 0% VAT if we can assure the shipment has left the EU.

Worldwide shipping is a specialty well handled by our logistical partner Rhenus Logistics.
